Night TALK: Carnival
The sun is back in Shanghai, at least until the April showers kick in, and what better way to celebrate the returning warmth than spending a night dancing and being merry Rio style?
Bar Rouge is hosting a Carnival themed event this Saturday (5 March) and from what TALK has been told its going to a hoot and a half with samba dancers, capoeira, caipirinha, classic Brazilian songs and house remixes by the best Brazilian DJs. It’s as close as anybody can get to the real thing in Asia and still turn up to work on Monday morning.
Costumes are advised but not a requirement. But hey, its Carnival baby, so unpack your feathery headdress and make an appointment at Strip: The Ministry of Waxing, as its going to be a heck of a fiesta.
Entrance is free until midnight with the password ‘Brazil’.
