Shanghai’s Expert Foodies Weigh In

We asked several industry insiders and food writers for their list of the restaurants the Miele Guide missed in Shanghai. They based their rankings using the same considerations as Miele (ambience, quality of food and level of service) and only considered restaurants that had been open for at least one year.
