On 28 November, Casalingo, The Marriott Hotel Pudong East are offering, for RMB 698 per three or four, a traditional thanksgiving set menu. Enjoy a four-course meal in the warm and cheerful environment of the first floor. If you would rather a more casual Thanksgiving meal, there is also a turkey-to-go option available until 26 December. For RMB 888, you can enjoy your already cooked turkey in the comfort of your own home.

 

From 21 October to 20 December 2013, the Blue Moon, Shanghai Marriott Luwan is offering hairy crab hampers. The total cost of the hampers is RMB 688 net which includes, three male and three female crabs, with the female crabs weighing between 140g to 160g each and the male crabs weighing between 190g to 210g each. The hampers will be available from the Blue Moon, located on the second floor.

 

 

Capo restaurant is offering a Thanksgiving set menu. On the 28 November they will be serving the traditional roast turkey alongside appetizers and desserts. But, if a traditional Thanksgiving dinner isn’t your ideal dish, don’t worry; there is also an A La Carte menu available. Issimo, the Italian restaurant, has now launched their seasonal Autumn Harvest Menu. The menu comprises of four courses. Highlights include slow braised veal chunks, potatoes and cepes (mushrooms), served with side orders such as pumpkin dumplings with butter sage and apple fritters with fig sauce amongst others. The menu will be served from 28 October to 23 November. Prices start from RMB 248 per person.

 

 

 

 

 

It’s hairy crab season again! At Renaissance Shanghai Yu Garden Hotels China Bistro, Executive Chinese Chef, Max Zhao, has created a multitude of dishes for you to try. Some dishes include, crab roe braised abalone soup, seafood soup with crab roe and many others. There is also a set menu on offer of seven courses of hairy crab for RMB 228 per person. Cucina, Grand Hyatt Shanghai will be featuring a black truffle and porcini influenced menu from 1 October to 30 November 2013. The menu, crafted by Chef De Cuisine Alessandro Santi, will present authentic tastes of Italy accentuated by the powerful aromas and flavours of the black truffle and porcini mushroom. Accompanied by restaurant manager Inge Zwick’s handpicked wine recommendation, this menu will surely evoke the rolling Italian hills of Italy.
