When we entered the Kempinski Hotel’s lobby, we were met by Kempinski’s Brand Ambassador, who helped us throughout check-in and briefed us on the hotel’s new Kids’ Concept, which includes a kid’s passport, kids’ amenities and entrance to the Kids’ Club, to enhance the family experience during our hotel stay.
 
The hotel is located next to the largest commercial square in Wuxi and is close to the major attractions such as the historical Qingming Bridge, with its fascinating Jiangnan-style houses, business districts and shopping outlets.
