Phillipine Food Festival

A weeklong feast: The Hilton Hotel, Shanghai in collaboration with the Philippine Consulate General Shanghai, is hosting a weeklong feast of Philippine food and dance that will add zest and life to the Atrium Café’s all day dining restaurant from 2nd to 8th September 2013. The mastermind behind the National Food Showdown, an annual culinary competition for professionals and students in the Philippines; Chef Myrna Segismundo will be flown in from Manila to showcase her signature Filipino dishes and the traditional flavors of the country. Meanwhile, “Sindaw” welcome guests with their live rendition of Philippine Folk Dances in the lobby of the Hotel. To launch the Philippine Food Festival, guests will be invited to a ribbon cutting ceremony at 11:30am on 2nd September followed by Sindaw folk dancing.  The lunch buffet will be from Monday to Saturday and will cost RMB 198 (15%) per person, while the dinner buffet will run every day, costing RMB 318 (15%) per person.
