Sinan Mansion Craft Beer Festival Returns!

Coinciding with Shanghai Beer Week 2014, Sinan Mansions Craft Beer Festival, hosted by Shanghai’s Boxing Cat Brewery, returns to Shanghai 31 May to 1 June.

Sinan Mansions Craft Beer Festival was born in 2011 of a small group of craft beer enthusiasts, who wanted to showcase the art and science of craft beer. The 2012 event was China’s very first comprehensive craft beer festival, bringing together craft brews from across China and around the globe. From its humble beginnings of just eight vendors and 1,000 attendees, the festival grew to see 15,000 visitors in 2013—and Boxing Cat expects to nearly double that this year.

Festival-goers this year can look forward to even more vendors, live entertainment, raffles, and activities. Along with the country’s best craft breweries, a slew of Shanghai’s top restaurants will be on hand. Look for booths from Madison, Goga, Kota’s Kitchen, Maya, Liquid Laundry, and event organiser Boxing Cat Brewery.

Live music comes courtesy of local groups Limousine, The Others, Banana Monkey, and New Grasslands.

Back for its fourth year, the Sinan Mansions Craft Beer Festival invites you to pair good food with great craft beer.
