After entering your well-appointed private room, the journey begins with a calming ginger foot buff. Body brushing, exfoliation and a quick rinse follow to prepare you for harmonisation.

Using ESPA oils in conjunction with three different lengths of bamboo, the masseuse targets sore muscles and achy joints with an effective combination of gliding, rolling, and deep strokes to stimulate the body’s flow of chi and purge stress.
