Spread across 1,400 square metres, and designed to look like a traditional Chinese village, modelled after the houses of ethnic tribes local to the island, the sensory retreat does not disappoint. In preparation for our holistic spa session, we stepped into our private spa suite, following the experience therapist, and spoiled ourselves with a luxurious steam shower in the private changing area. Upon changing into a robe and entering the next phase of our personal transformation, the therapist began our treatment with a foot washing ceremony. We were then lead into a treatment room to finish our transformative experience. The expert hands of our therapist helped to relieve all tension in the body almost immediately, allowing us to bloom by the end of the treatment.
