The Living Cooking Parade, specially created by chefs at VUE Restaurant, invites guests to enjoy the delectable taste of continental European cuisine, prepared tableside on Christmas Eve (or New Year’s Eve). The classic handcrafted delicacies are cooked at signature cooking stations using only the freshest of ingredients. More than 40 dishes, including fresh seafood, beef tartar, Boston lobster bisque, signature risotto, whole turkey or VUE aux sarments, will provide guests with a delightful dining experience during Christmas.

For something a little bit more casual, dine at The Lobby and enjoy a sumptuous fivecourse dinner, with unlimited wine, beer and soft drinks, plus live jazz and a deluxe lucky prize draw (RMB 1,200 per person).
CHRISTMAS DAY:
The pinnacle of the festive season is perfect for a delicious dinner shared with family or close friends. Christmas Day at The Lobby features a four-course evening dinner including unlimited wine, beer and soft drinks, plus a live jazz performance (RMB 998). The all-day dining menu is also offered. A memorable five-course modern European Christmas dinner will be served at Sir Elly’s (RMB 1,980), accompanied by stunning panoramas of the Bund, Huangpu River and the Pudong skyline, plus a complimentary glass of Champagne to toast fellow diners.

Alternatively, savour an international buffet at 100 Century Avenue served directly from multiple show kitchens, featuring sashimi from the Japanese counter, oysters and seafood from the ice station, roasted prime rib from the carving table barbecue and wok dishes from the Chinese kitchen. The buffet is accompanied by free-flow wine or non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring you have everything for the perfect Christmas Eve celebration. The international Christmas buffet is priced at RMB 980 per person or RMB 580 per child (four to 12 years old). Free-flow wine can be purchased at an additional RMB 380 per person, a non-alcoholic beverage package can be enjoyed at RMB 180 per person.
