Christmas Fantasy @ Jing An Kerry Centre

Jing An Kerry Centre’s Christmas Market is back for a second, revamped edition.
Throughout December, the Piazza of Jing An Kerry Centre will be embellished with Christmas lights, snow covered pine trees, Christmas ornaments and a fancy 16-metre tall Christmas tree. There will also be an outdoor Christmas market with traditional wooden huts, weekend entertainment and Santa’s VIP house where you can find wooden toys, original gifts and festive Christmas- items. A wide variety of Christmas delicacies will also be offered from Gluhwein to hot chocolate, German sausages, Christmas cookies, Pretzels and more mouth-watering goodies to celebrate this joyous time of the year. The real Santa will also drop by for visits every weekend until 25 December, and entrance is free for visitors.
SPECIAL ACTIVITIES:
• 2 December 12pm to 8.30pm - Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony Culminating in imaginative performances and cosy homemade delicacies.
• 24 & 25 December 6pm to 9pm - See me in The Christmas Fantasy Two days of exciting celebrations at the Christmas Market. Watch the Christmas parade, catch snowflakes on the Piazza and dine on warm Christmas specialties.
• 31 December 8pm to 12.30am - New Year’s Eve Countdown Party Celebrate New Year in an unusual setting, with entertainment and surprises all night long.

Tales From The Palace @ KTGA Winter Fest - Fifth Grand Bazaar
Kick The Gong Around is coming back to celebrate the year-end holiday spirit on the 5th and 6th of December, at Hubindao Xintiandi in the heart of the city.
Visitors will find themselves being mysteriously transported into the whimsical world of Tales From The Palace - a realm inspired by a blend of mist, crystals and snowflakes. Interactive art installations will also invite visitors to play and be part of the story.
In the Palace, guests can awaken their inner holiday spirit as they wander through the rooms to find gifts for each other. They will learn how to make presents, lis ten to story telling, taste wonderful artisanal foods, sip heart-warming drinks and dance away to music and performances.
Winter calls for comfort foods, hot chocolate, mulled wines, and a lot of sweets. All of which can be enjoyed in between checking out the hidden treasures amongst the bazaar sellers, dancing to live performances or having fun at the workshops, lectures and art interactions curated for this special event.
Enjoy all day brunch at the weekend event, with scrumptious bites from a variety of food and beverage vendors, including Baoism, Jamie’s Homemade, Chez Isis, Pie Society and the British Kitchen.
