From 1 February to 30 June 2014, the Hong Kong chefs at YUE1525 in New World Shanghai Hotel present a threecourse gourmet pairing of traditional Cantonese dishes. Diners are invited to select one of two menus that pair three traditional dishes. The first menu features Roasted Duck with Plum Sauce, followed by Steamed Pearl Garoupa in Soya Sauce, and Clay Pot Rice with Preserved Sausage. Fans of lobster will love the second set menu featuring Deep-Fried Crispy Chicken, Pan-Fried Baby Lobster in Soya Sauce, and Rice with Assorted Seafood in Soup. YUE1525 also features South African Baby Lobster (175grams) prepared in one of six styles.

 

The Lobby Lounge at Pudong Shangri-La, East Shanghai diversifies its afternoon tea offerings by launching The Experience Afternoon Tea - a signature blend of the East and West.
