Chef Lukas Ziesel: M1NT is proud to present internationally award winning Chef Lukas Ziesel. Lukas has a prestigious past career beginning with two years at Döllerer in Golling, Austria before moving onto his next chef position at Tantris in Munich; a two star Michelin restaurant and number 46 on the world-ranking list, where he remained for two years. He then went on to win a gold medal at an Austrian competition of young chefs. His successful career lead onto working at world ranking restaurants and being honored with more awards. In Shanghai, Lukas took the role as Head Chef at the Park Hyatt before moving onto Jack London as Executive Head Chef, earning the award ‘Best Hotel Dining Shanghai.’ A few months prior to joining M1NT, Lukas won CCTV2 chef television competition.
