Shanghai’s own T8 joins the company of French Laundry, Nobu and Rockpool as Shanghai’s sole purveyor of Blackmore Striploin 9+ (as per the company’s policy of “one cut, one city”). Chef Adam has created a pan-roasted striploin with truffled cauliflower puree, morel mushrooms and more to celebrate the occasion.
